Ingredients

  1. Part 1
  2. 2 cups 200 ml of water
  3. 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 200 grams rice flour
  6. 100 grams Sugar
  7. Part II
  8. 50 grams Walnut
  9. 6-7 Oats Cookies
  10. 100 grams Cadbury chocolate
  11. 2 teaspoon white butter

    Part 1

    Take 50 gm walnuts. Dry roast it in pan. Then take 1 cup sugar and 2 cups of water keep it in a pan once the two-string syrup is ready, mix all the walnuts and toss it for 5 mins. Then keep it a side once sugar is dried then hand crush it.

    Take 6,7 oats cookies mix it in a mixer make a fine powder and keep it in bowl.

    Take Cadbury chocolate bar and crush into small pieces.

    Mix walnuts +oats cookies powder+ Fine crushed Cadbury chocolate +mix two spoon of plane butter and keep it aside.

    Take 2cup of water, add oil or ghee and salt.
    Lukewarm it

    Take rice flour put it in a bowl and mix the water in small quantities and knead it into a fine and smooth dough.

    Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside for 5 min

    Apply little oil in your palm and make small fine balls.

    First apply oil in mould. Take small balls and keep it in mould.

    Now fill one teaspoon of walnut, chocolate and oats mixture in it. Close the mould. Like this you can make approximately 15 more Kozhukattai

    Steam it for 15 to 20 min. Your Walnutty Choco Oats Kozhukattai is ready. #walnuttwists
