Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup mango pulp (used tin pulp)
  2. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  3. 2 tbsp blueberry
  4. 1 scooped passion fruit
  5. 3 tsp Sugar/ honey

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a blender add mango pulp, berries and passion fruit and make a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Add sugar/ honey and chilled coconut milk (tin) to the blender and blend well.

  3. 3

    Take a strainer and strain the smoothie for a smooth texture

  4. 4

    Serve in a class
