Paneer Vegetables Stuffed Grilled Sandwich
Ingredients

250 gms Paneer Grated

8 Bread Slices (white, brown or whole wheat bread)

1 Capsicum finely chopped

1 carrot grated

2 Green Chillies finely chopped

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1/2 tsp Chaat masala

as per taste Salt

3 tsp butter
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add Grated Paneer, Capsicum, grated carrot, Green Chillies, Black Pepper Powder, Chaat masala, and Salt, then mix it well.

Spread Paneer mixture on the bread slice, then cover it another slice of bread.

Apply little butter on the both outer sides of the sandwich, then place the sandwiches on the sandwich maker.

Now cook it for 2-3 minutes or till the sandwiches are crisp and golden brown.

Serve Paneer Vegetables Stuff Sandwiches hot with tomato sauce and your choice any chattany.
