Ingredients

  1. 200 gr salmon
  2. 500 gr pasta
  3. 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  4. 1 onion diced
  5. 400 ml sour cream or heavy cream
  6. 50 ml milk
  7. Parsley chopped roughly

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare ingredients. Diced salmon.

    While the pasta is cooking, lightly sauté crushed garlic and onions with a little oil.

    Fried salmon until crunchy

  4. 4

    Add in the same pan cream, milk, pepper, Parmesan cheese and mix.

  5. 5

    Drain pasta and then return to the same pan away from the stove top.

    Add the salmon mixture to the hot pasta; toss to combine. The heat from the pasta will form a creamy sauce.

    Serve immediately, garnish with parsley, extra parmesan and enjoy!
