Ingredients

  1. (Badam kulfi):-
  2. 2 cup Almond peeled, ground
  3. 6 tbsp homemade cream
  4. 1 cup condensed milk
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. Few pistachio and almond for garnishing
  7. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  8. 1/4 tsp saffron strands dissolved in 1 tbsp warm milk
  9. 2 tbsp sugar
  10. (Aate ka halwa):-
  11. 1 cup wheat flour
  12. 1/2 cup Desi ghee
  13. 1/2 cup sugar
  14. 2 cup hot water / milk
  15. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  16. as required For garnishing :-Biscuit crumbs and dark chocolate garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Badam kulfi method:- ground almond, condensed milk, cream whisk together until thick.

  2. 2

    Boil milk and add the saffron strands mix well add cool it.

  3. 3

    Then add almond whisk mixture mix well until combined, it should be creamy and thick.

  4. 4

    Add dry roast and chopped pistachio and almond.

  5. 5

    Pour into the disposable paper glass / kulfi moulds. Cover the top with foil. Keep them in the freezer for 4 -5 hours.

    Remove kulfi from the glass cut paper glass and remove, sprinkle Pistachio and almond flakes serve.

    Aata ka halwa method:- In a kadai heat ghee add wheat flour (aata) mix well without any lumps

  8. 8

    Roast on medium flame stir continuously. When mixture will start golden and aromatic.

    Add sugar and hot water or milk stir continuously till sugar dissolves and wheat flour absorb all the water. (Or use sugar syrup)
    Add cardamom powder mix well.

    Serve aate ka halwa hot or warm.

    Planting Hot & Cold combination:: badam kulfi, aate ka halwa, garnish with biscuit crumbs and dark chocolate, pistachio flakes
