In small seprate pan add sugar and water stir continuesly add pinaaple juice stir for 1-2 min. till sugar dissolves completely. Keep aside.

In another pan heat up ghee once melted add semolina roast for 5 min. add cardemom powder add roasted drynuts

Now add yellow food colour it's optional mix all well together add pinaaple chunks mix well

Add sugar syrup with adding pinaaple juice mix all together cover pan for 2 min.

Your delicious pinaaple sheera ready to serve.
