  1. 100 gm Amul paneer
  2. 2 tbsp Tomato chilli sauce
  3. 2 tbsp Chopped onion
  4. 1/2 tbsp Chopped garlic
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  7. as needed Salt & oil
  8. 2 tbsp Tomato & onion paste
  9. 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the paneer with turmeric powder, chilli powder & salt 5 min

    Roast the paneer in hot oil. Remove from heat.
    Heat a pan, add chopped garlic,

    Chopped onion, stir it 2 min, then add tomato & onion paste, stir it well. Add tomato chilli sauce & chopped coriander leaves. Stir it on low heat 2 min. Remove from heat.

    Serve hot with paratha, roti & Naan
