Ingredients

  1. 1 pound Penne Pasta
  2. 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  3. 1 Tbsp minced Garlic
  4. 1 can Salmon
  5. 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  6. 1 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  7. 1 Bag frozen Broccoli Flowerettes, thawed
  8. Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pasta as directed on the box. Drain sit aside

  2. 2

    Heat Olive Oil over medium heat in a large (4 quart) pot.

  3. 3

    Dice onion. Add diced onion and garlic to heated oil. Heat through.

  4. 4

    Open and drain liquid from canned salmon. Sir salmon to onions and garlic breaking it up and combining it thoroughly.

    Pour heavy whipping cream over the salmon mixture. Add Parmesan Cheese. Stir to combine. Heat to simmer.

    Cut up the bigger pieces of broccoli Flowerettes and add to the creamy salmon pan.

  7. 7

    Toss pasta with creamy sauce to coat event. Heat thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste

  8. 8

    Serve warm with garlic bread.
