Homemade Pastrami II on Rye Sandwich

When you make homemade Pastrami, sooner or later you're probably going to make a sandwich out of it. Well here it is!!!
Ingredients

1/3 pounds sliced of homemade Pastrami II

2 slices pumpernickel rye bread

To taste mayonnaise
-
To taste stone ground mustard

2 slices baby Swiss cheese
-
To taste au jus from the juices in bag with pastrami optional
Cooking Instructions

Take the pastrami out of the refrigerator. Let the juices drain off the pastrami back into the bag. Slice the pastrami thin as you desire. Add mustard and mayonnaise to the bread. Add the baby Swiss cheese.

Stack the meat. If you have a meat slicer it would come in handy here. I no longer have a meat slicer so I sliced it by hand. Stack it up and serve I hope you enjoy!!!
