Chilli paneer
Ingredients

250 gm Paneer cubes

3 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Cashew nuts

1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

1 Big Onion

1 tbsp Capsicum chopped

1 tsp Garlic chopped

as needed Salt & oil

1 tbsp Butter
-
4 Tomatoes

1 tbsp Tomato chilli sauce

2 tsp Pepper powder
Cooking Instructions

Marinate the paneer cubes with turmeric powder, 2 tsp chilli powder & salt 10 min.

Boil the tomatoes to make puree.
When it comes soft, remove from heat. Beat it in a blender & strain it. Keep it aside.
Heat a kadai, Saute chopped onion,garlic, capsicum with butter.
Add required salt also. Then add marinated paneer, stir it well 2 min. -

Add tomato puree, mix it well.
Then add pepper powder, tomato chilli sauce. & cashew paste(broken nuts grinded).
Mix it well. -

Remove from heat. Garnish it with coriander leaves on top.
Serve hot with paratha, Roti & fried rice.
