400 gm Paneer

2 teaspoon maida

4 teaspoon cornflour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

as per requirement Water

1 teaspoon black pepper

as required Oil for frying

2-3 Chopped garlic

as required Grated ginger
-
as required Chopped onion
-
as per taste Chilli powder

as per taste Black pepper powder

1/2 cup Tomato ketchup

2 teaspoon Soy sauce

1/2 cup Corn flour slurry

as required Chopped Spring onion
Cooking Instructions

Cut paneer long wise

Take bowl add maida, cornflour salt red chilli powder and black pepper powder add water and mix well consistency should not be too thick nor too watery

Add pieces of paneer mix well keep it for 10 minutes

Take oil fry till golden brown

Take another wok add oil grated garlic, grated ginger and chopped onion let it saute

Add red chilli powder, black pepper tomato sauce, soy sauce and Little water
-

Add corn flour slurry and cok for 2 minutes add fried paneer and mix well sprinkle spring onion

Paneer chilli ready to serve
