Ingredients

  1. 400 Gram Paneer
  2. Salt - To Taste
  3. 3 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  4. 4-5 Tbsp Corn Flour
  5. Oil - To Fry Paneer
  6. 1 Tbsp Oil
  7. 1 Chopped Onions
  8. 8-10 Chopped Garlic
  9. 3-4 Chopped Chillis
  10. Some Water
  11. 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  12. 1 Tsp Vinegar
  13. 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  14. 2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  15. 1 Tsp Sugar
  16. Sauted Veggies
  17. Chopped Coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Cut Paneer In Big Size Pieces

    Coat Paneer With Some Salt & Black Pepper Powder

  3. 3

    Now Coat Paneer With Corn Flour & Fry Them Until They Turn Golden Brown & Crispy

  4. 4

    Now Add Oil In A Pan & Add Chopped Onions, Garlic & Chilli In It

  5. 5

    Saute Them For 1-2 Minutes On High Flame

  6. 6

    Now Add Some Water In It Along With Red & Green Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Soya Sauce & Schezwan Sauce

    Mix It Well

    Now Add Salt, Black Pepper Powder & Sugar In It

    Mix It Well

  10. 10

    Now Add Corn Flour Slurry (Mix Corn Flour With Water) To Make Sauce Thick & Mix It Well

    Then Add Sauted Veggies & Fried Paneer In It & Mix It Well & Cook It For 2-3 Minutes On High Flame

    Don't OverCook It At This Stage

    In Last Add Some Chopped Coriander & Enjoy 😊
