An innovative Indian flat bread using healthy soya milk . By using soya milk the dough becomes healthier as soya milk has proteins, vitamin A , iron , calcium etc . Calcium & proteins are 2 very important nutrients for people on vegetarian diet.

Ingredients

makes 1 cup dough
  1. 1 cup multigrain flour (Aashirvad)
  2. 3 tb sp soy milk
  3. 1/4 t.sp salt (optional) I have not added
  4. 1/4 t.sp oil to knead the dough
  5. Less than 1/2 cup water to bind the dough

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine flour, soy milk & mix till crumbly. Add water slowly to make a soft dough. Knead the dough with oil.

  2. 2

    Cover & rest the dough for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Use the dough for making rotis, parathas, bhakhris & puris.
