An innovative Indian flat bread using healthy soya milk . By using soya milk the dough becomes healthier as soya milk has proteins, vitamin A , iron , calcium etc . Calcium & proteins are 2 very important nutrients for people on vegetarian diet.

Ingredients

1 cup multigrain flour (Aashirvad)

3 tb sp soy milk
-
1/4 t.sp salt (optional) I have not added

1/4 t.sp oil to knead the dough

Less than 1/2 cup water to bind the dough
Cooking Instructions

Combine flour, soy milk & mix till crumbly. Add water slowly to make a soft dough. Knead the dough with oil.

Cover & rest the dough for 10 minutes.

Use the dough for making rotis, parathas, bhakhris & puris.
