Rajma Cutlets are delicious and easy to prepare. I have taken a small size of rajma and used less and at home available ingredients. Going beyond, the usual way of making, chopped onion is used to make the taste a little different and more tastier.

Ingredients

10 minutes
7-8 Cutlets
  1. 1/2 cup rajma
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 /4 cup chopped onion(optional)
  5. 1/4 red chilli powder
  6. 1/3 Tsp roasted cumin powder, 1/3 garam masala powder
  7. 1/2 crushed dry kasoori methi, Salt as required
  8. Salt as required, 2 Tbsp chickpea flour (besan), Oil to roast

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak the rajma overnight.

    Pressure cook till 80% is done (8 whistles). Allow to cool down.

    Mash boiled potato, rajma.

  3. 3

    Add dry masala powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder, crushed kasoori methi.

    Mix well everything while mashing. Add chopped onion and besan.

    Make cutlers and set in the refrigerator for half an hour.

    Heat oil in a pan, roast the cutlers on low flame, both the sides till done. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
