  1. 1 Chapati
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 3-4 olives chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp oregano
  7. 1/2 tsp chillifkakes
  8. 1 tbsp butter
  9. Cheese as desired
  10. Tomato sauce for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Mix egg onion and spices. Whisk to form a omlette like batter

  2. 2

    Heat the pan, add butter and omlette mixture. Cook for 5 mts. When sides are cooked add cheese and top with Chapati.

    Flip and cook on the chapati side. Top omlette side with cheese, olives and sauce. Cook covered for 2 mts.Serve hot
