Ingredients

25 minutes
7-8 cutlet
  1. 1 bowl leftover yellow potato subji
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 4-5 tbsp gram flour
  4. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 teaspoon ajwain
  7. 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
  8. Half cup wet poha
  9. leaves Curry
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take all ingredients on one platform.then smash leftover potato vegetable first. take in other bowl chopped onion. then add red chilli powder, salt, ajwain and wet poha.

    Now add gram flour in it and mix it well.

    Now give shapes which you want and deep fry or shallow fry cutlets on medium flame.

    Try these cutlets with pudina chutney or dip or with sauce.
