  1. 1 cup leftover Potato veggies
  2. 4-5 piece bread slices
  3. 1/2 cup semolina
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add leftover Potato veggies,bread,salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder

    Now add semolina mix it well.now dough is ready.

    Now give an oval shape before frying.all cutlets are ready.Let them sit for about 5 min.

    Your cutlets are ready to serve with chutney.
