Ingredients

  1. 1 boiled leftover potato 🥔
  2. 2 Tbsp each mix veggie..
  3. carrot 🥕
  4. capsicum 🫑
  5. onion 🧅
  6. cabbage 🥬
  7. 1 inch ginger
  8. 3-4 cloves garlic 🧄
  9. 1 green chili 🌶️
  10. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  11. 3 tbsp roasted oats powder
  12. I tsp red chili 🌶️ powder
  13. 1/2 tsp jeera
  14. Salt 🧂 to taste
  15. Oil / ghee for shallow fry

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all veggies in chopper take in a bowl ; add mashed potato 🥔 & all ingredients in it mix it check the seasoning & add according to your taste

    Grease palm ✋ & make medium size cutlets

    Heat griddle on gas on medium flame 🔥 apply ghee / oil put cutlets & roast both sides in golden color { shallow fry }

  3. 3

    Remove from griddle & serve hot garnish with pomegranate & coriander leaves with green chutney & sweet chili 🌶️ sauce
