Ingredients

  1. 500 grm Boneless mutton
  2. 1 tbs Chilli powder
  3. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 8 Clove
  6. Group II
  7. Onion two (thinly sliced)
  8. 5 cut into two (lengthwise) Green chilli
  9. 1/2 cup Chopped mint leaves
  10. 1cup Chopped coriander leaves
  11. Oil for deep fry
  12. 1 cup Maida
  13. 1/2 cup Cornflour

Cooking Instructions

    Wash mutton, add chilli powder, turmeric powder salt, clove, bay leaf, cinnamon stick,
    1/2 cup water and cook in a pressure pan for 5 min, after the 1st whistle

    In a broad bowl add all the group II ingredients, mix thoroughly

  3. 3

    Drain mutton, add with group II mix, add mutton broth little by little and mix until get soft consistency

    Keep a pan, add oil, take small quantity and fry in medium flame by batch until golden brown

  5. 5

    Serve hot with sweet & Sour sauce
