500 grm Boneless mutton

1 tbs Chilli powder

1 tsp Turmeric powder

Salt to taste

8 Clove

3 Bay leaf

Group II
-
Onion two (thinly sliced)

5 cut into two (lengthwise) Green chilli

1/2 cup Chopped mint leaves

1cup Chopped coriander leaves

Oil for deep fry

1 cup Maida
-
1/2 cup Cornflour
-
1 tsp Pepper crushed
Cooking Instructions

Wash mutton, add chilli powder, turmeric powder salt, clove, bay leaf, cinnamon stick,
1/2 cup water and cook in a pressure pan for 5 min, after the 1st whistle -

In a broad bowl add all the group II ingredients, mix thoroughly

Drain mutton, add with group II mix, add mutton broth little by little and mix until get soft consistency

Keep a pan, add oil, take small quantity and fry in medium flame by batch until golden brown

Serve hot with sweet & Sour sauce
