Ingredients

  1. 1 kg carrot
  2. 250 grm sugar
  3. 1 cup milk powder
  4. 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits
  5. 1 tsp ghee
  6. 1 tbsp dry fruits powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and grated the carrots.
    heat the ghee in a pressure cooker.add the carrots and saute for 2-3 mins.Close the cooker with lid and wait for 1 whistle.now after 5 min.

    Heat 1/2 tablespoon ghee, add grated carrot and saute in low flame.now add dry fruits powder

    Add milk powder mix it well.Keep sauteing until it shrinks and raw smell leaves. It will take at least 10 mins in low flame.

    Now add sugar, desiccated coconut,dry fruits mix it well.Keep cooking in low flame until it turns into a sticky mass.Add remaining ghee and keep cooking until it forms a thick mixture. Switch off and let it warm for a a while.

    Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round ladoo and coat with desiccated coconut.now ladoo is ready.
