Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup ghee
  2. 1/2 cup cream
  3. 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  4. 1/2 cup almond flax
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 4 tbsp milk
  7. 1.5 cup sugar powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take 2 cup sorghum flour
    Take a pan heat a pan add 2 tbsp ghee add 1/2 cup almonds and roast it then transfer to a bowl.

    Then add half cup ghee add 2 cup sorghum flour
    Roast flour slow flame 7 minutes add 1/2cup cream stir very well add 3 tbsp milk stir it

    Add 1/2 cup coconut powder 1.5 cup sugar powder mix well and roast it add 1 tbsp cardamom powder roast almonds mix well add 2 tbsp ghee 1tbsp milk mix it properly.

    Then take some portion of mixture and make ladoo transfer to a serving plate decorate with almond now our high protein healthy nutritious Millat ladoo is ready. Enjoy!!!
