# High protein healthy nutritious sorghum Millat ladoo
Ingredients

2 cup sorghum flour

1/2 cup ghee

1/2 cup cream
-
1/2 cup dessicated coconut

1/2 cup almond flax

1 tsp cardamom powder
-
4 tbsp milk

1.5 cup sugar powder
Cooking Instructions

Take 2 cup sorghum flour
Take a pan heat a pan add 2 tbsp ghee add 1/2 cup almonds and roast it then transfer to a bowl. -

Then add half cup ghee add 2 cup sorghum flour
Roast flour slow flame 7 minutes add 1/2cup cream stir very well add 3 tbsp milk stir it -

Add 1/2 cup coconut powder 1.5 cup sugar powder mix well and roast it add 1 tbsp cardamom powder roast almonds mix well add 2 tbsp ghee 1tbsp milk mix it properly.

Then take some portion of mixture and make ladoo transfer to a serving plate decorate with almond now our high protein healthy nutritious Millat ladoo is ready. Enjoy!!!
