  1. 1 cup Oats
  2. 1/2 cup makhana
  3. 1 cup grated dry coconut (khobra)
  4. 1 cup organic jaggery
  5. 3 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  6. 3 tablespoon dry dates powder (kharik powder)
  7. 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds2
  8. 2 tablespoon dryfruits
  9. 4 tablespoon desi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Firts dry roast oats and then makhana.Allow it to cool.

    Now in the same pan roast grated dry coconut,sesame seeds and dry dates (kharik) powder.

    Now grind roasted oats and makhana to a fine powder

    Now in a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee and roast dryfruits and keep them aside.

    Now in the same pan add oats makhana powder and roast for few minutes.

    Add dry coconut powder, dry dates powder sesame seeds and mix it.

  7. 7

    Now add jaggery carefully and mix well till a soft mixture is formed.

    Make laddus from this mixture.
