Delicious tasty healthy carrot kheer

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup grated carrot
  2. 2 tbsp ghee
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 4 cup milk
  5. 2 tbsp milk powder
  6. Pinch saffron
  7. 10 chopped almonds
  8. 10 chopped cashew nuts
  9. 5 chopped pistas
  10. 1 tsp cardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take carrot peel it a bowl of grated carrot roasted in ghee for 5 minutes in a low flame.

    Then add 4 Cup milk 2 tbsp milk powder pinch of saffron cook for 10 minutes ina low flame add1/2cup sugar boil for 5 minutes. Mo

    Boil for 5 minute in low flame add roasted chopped almonds cashews and pistas switch off the flame then transfer to a serving bowl

    Now our delicious tasty healthy carrot kheer is ready to eat. Decorate with dry fruit and almonds. Enjoy!!!
