  1. 1 cup rajma soak for 6-8 hours and boil
  2. 1 /2 cup sabut masoor dal soak 1hour and boil
  3. 2 onion paste
  4. 3 tomato paste
  5. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 green chili
  7. 1 bayleaf
  8. 2 green cardamom
  9. 1 black cardamom
  10. 1/4 cup oil
  11. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  12. 4 tbs curd beated
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 tsp red chili Powder
  15. 1/4 tsp tarmaric Powder
  16. 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
  17. 1/2 tsp garam masala Powder
  18. Some coriander leaves chopped
  19. 1 dry red chili

Cooking Instructions

    Boil rajma and keep aside and boil sabut masoor dal

    Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds green chili bayleaf red chili ciniman stick stir

    Now add ginger garlic paste onion past stir fry to cook well add tomato past stir fry to cook

    Now add salt red chiliPowder corianderPowder tarmaricPowder stir fry to cook add curd stir fry to cook

    Now add boil rajma and masoor dal cook add fenugreek leaves garammasala cook add coriander leaves and flame off

    Now transfer into serving bowl garnish coriander leaves green chili

    Now arrange rajma jeera rice salad achar
