Sweet Potato Tikki

Ingredients

1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls) coarsely grinded

2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, boiled

2 tablespoon roasted peanut coarsely grinded

1 green chili finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon coriander chopped

1 teaspoon roasted cumin coriander powder

1 teaspoon rock salt

Ghee for frying
Cooking Instructions

Grated sweet potatoes in a bowl

Combine the ground sabudana, grated sweet potatoes, roasted peanuts, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, grated ginger, chopped coriander and rock salt. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into flat, round tikkis.

Now fry them until they turn golden brown.
