Ingredients

  1. 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls) coarsely grinded
  2. 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, boiled
  3. 2 tablespoon roasted peanut coarsely grinded
  4. 1 green chili finely chopped
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  7. 1 tablespoon coriander chopped
  8. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin coriander powder
  9. 1 teaspoon rock salt
  10. Ghee for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Grated sweet potatoes in a bowl

    Combine the ground sabudana, grated sweet potatoes, roasted peanuts, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, grated ginger, chopped coriander and rock salt. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.

    Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into flat, round tikkis.

    Now fry them until they turn golden brown.
