Ingredients

  1. 1 cup cooked basmati rice
  2. 2 tbsp butter
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 tsp white spring onion
  5. 2 tsp chopped carrot
  6. 2 tsp chopped beans
  7. 2 tsp chopped red bell pepper
  8. 2 tsp chopped yellow bell pepper
  9. 2 tsp chopped green capsicum
  10. 1/4 cup boiled corn kernels
  11. 1 tsp vinegar
  12. 2 tsp red chilli sauce
  13. 1 tsp soya sauce
  14. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  15. 1 tsp salt
  16. 1/4 cup green spring onion

Cooking Instructions

    First heat a pan and add butter and when hot add onions, carrots, beans, spring onions and saute lightly....

    Add Green Capsicum, Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, Boiled Corn and Saute it...

    Add sauce, vinegar to it and saute well..

    When everything is mixed together, add rice to it and mix it with pepper, salt and green onion...

    Now taste it If less salt can be added...

    Now the delicious kids favorite corn fried rice is ready.
