Ingredients

  1. 3 cups Cooked rice
  2. 2 cups curd
  3. 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  4. 2 tablespoon milk
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 2 teaspoon oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  8. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  9. 4-5 curry leaves
  10. 1 dry red chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Take cooked rice in a plate. Break the lumps of rice. Add curd, ginger, milk, and salt. Mix well.

    Take a pan add oil. When oil heats up add mustard seeds. After crackling mustard seeds add asafoetida, curry leaves and dry red chilli.

    Then put this tadka on curd rice mixture. Add chopped coriander on it. Mix all the ingredients well. Curd rice is ready to serve.
