Mango Cream with Thandai

Quick recipe for summers. Very beautiful presentation to create a havoc among the guests
Ingredients

1 cup mango puree
-
2 cups fresh cream
-
1 cup whipping cream
-
2 tbsp powdered sugar if using fresh cream
-
2-3 Rose petals for garnish
-
1 tbsp chocolate vermicelli for garnish

For thandai powder
-
1 tbsp cashew
-
1 tbsp almonds
-
1 tbsp watermelon seeds
-
3-4 strands kesar
-
10 rose petals
-
1 tbsp pistachios
-
2 pieces unrefined whole sugar

1 tbsp fennel seeds
-
2 tsp poppy seeds
Cooking Instructions

Grind the ingredients in the thandai powder section. Keep aside

Mix fresh cream and powdered sugar whisk until thick or whisk whipping cream with ice water. Then add thandai powder and mix well.

Now in a serving glass add thandai flavoured cream. Top with mango puree.

Garnish with remaning thandai powder, rose petals and chocolate vermicelli. Serve chilled
