Coriander leaves thokku

Delicious chutney / thokku made using coriander leaves.
Ingredients

2 cups coriander leaves washed, finely chopped

5 red chillies guntur

8 curry leaves

1/4 tsp methi seeds
-
1 tsp jeera
-
1 tsp mustard seeds
-
1 tsp salt(as per taste)

1 awla size tamarind
-
1 tsp salt/as needed

1 tsp+3tsp oil
-
1/2 tsp hing
-
1 red chilli for tadka
-
1 tsp mustard seeds for tadka

1 tsp turmeric powder
Cooking Instructions

Roast mehi seeds, jeera and mustard till nice aroma and starts crackling, roast chillies in a spoon of oil, cool it and grind it to power adding salt.

Add a spoon oil to the pan and fry coriander leaves till moisture dries,cool it. Now add to the mixi jar with the masala powder and tamarind and grind it to a smooth paste.

Heat oil (little more quantity) add mustard seeds, curry leaves,hing,red chilli and turmeric powder add coriander paste and cook till oil separates.

Cool it and coriander thokku is ready,it can be enjoyed with rice and chapati/roti
