  2. 2 potato
  3. 1 cup green peas
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1tsp coriander powder
  7. 1tsp garam masala
  8. 4/5 onion
  9. 2/4 tomato
  10. 5/6tsp oil
  11. 2 cup water
  12. Oil for deep frying

    Take suran cut in pieces wash properly

    Take cooker put oil, onion an keep till onion change to pink add red chilli powder

    Add tomato, salt an keep for 2/3 whistles

    After whistles open lid an blend with hand mixer an make paste

    Add fried suran, potato, green peas, coriander powder, garam masala

    Add water and Mix well keep for 2/3 whistles
