  1. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. 1 cup chana dal
  4. 1/2 cup grated jaggery
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. 1/2 tbsp cordimum powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  8. 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. 2 tbsp ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak chana dal for 10 minutes.add pinch of turmeric powder and pressure cook for 5 minutes.after cool it drain water from cooked chana dal,add jaggery powder and sugar and mix it well then add in mixer grinder and grind it smooth.

    In medium bowl add all-purpose flour and maida,oil and salt and make smooth dough.rest it for 10 minutes.add cordimum powder and nutmeg powder in Puran and add one tablespoon ghee and microwave to ten minutes.

    Heat tawa stuff Puran in Doug ball and make poli and bake it both side.spread ghee and serve it with ghee.
