Falhari muffins

Ingredients

  1. 3 banana (yellow)
  2. Kesar thread /slightly yellow colour
  3. Tutifuti (jelly)
  4. 1 tsp honey /sugar powder
  5. 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
  6. 1/3 tea spoon Baking soda
  7. 1 tsp vanilla assence
  8. 1 tsp ghee

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender, blend banana to a paste. In a bowl, add the banana paste, ghee and sugar/ honey, beat until accomdated. Now add kesar threads, vanilla assence, tutifuti, baking powder, baking soda, mix well.

    Greece the muffin molds, add in the prepared mixture and top with some jelly

    Preheat the oven to 180/200 temp for 10 mins and bake for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes check with a toothpick if the muffins are done.

    Allow to cool. Remove from mold

  6. 6

    Muffins are ready.
