Two step cupcakes

Yup, instant two step cupcakes. Mix ingredients and pop into oven. It does not get simpler than this. Ideal for first time bakers.

Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup All purpose flour
  2. 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking powder
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  4. 1/4 Cup Sugar
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  7. 1/2 Cup butter , melted

Method

20 mins
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix together until it forms a smooth paste. (About a minute)

    Scoop into a cupcake tin lined with liners and bake in an oven preheated to 350 degree Fahrenheit for 18 minutes.

    Doesn't get any more simpler now, does it? You can add chocolate chips to the batter to give it a bit more character.
