Pulao with Curshed Chicken & Peas

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Basmati Rice
  2. 1/4 cup Peas
  3. 1 Onion sliced
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. 2 Green Chili
  6. 2 Clove
  7. To Taste Mint Coriander Leaves and
  8. 2 cups Water
  9. To Taste Salt
  10. Oil  (as you use)
  11. Marinate
  12. 1/2 kg Chicken (Boiled and Curshed)
  13. 2 pinchs Turmeric
  14. 2 tablespoons Curd
  15. 1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
  16. 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Instructions

    Soak Peas overnight, drain and keep it aside. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients given above.

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cinnamon, cloves and cardomom; satute for 1/2 minute.

    Add onion, green chili and ginger garlic paste; satute for 1-2minutes.

  4. 4

    Add peas, marinated chicken, coriander and mint leaves. After a minute add rice, salt and water.

    Pressure cook for 2 whistles and 5 minutes in low flame.

    Enjoy pulao with egg or chicken curry!!
