One-pot dish for a lazy day!!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Basmati Rice
  2. 1/4 cup Peas
  3. 1 Onion sliced
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. 2 Green Chili
  6. 2 Cinnamon Cardamom &
  7. 2 Clove
  8. To Taste Mint Coriander Leaves and
  9. 2 cups Water
  10. To Taste Salt
  11. Oil  (as you use)
  12. Marinate
  13. 1/2 kg Chicken (Boiled and Curshed)
  14. 2 pinchs Turmeric
  15. 2 tablespoons Curd
  16. 1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
  17. 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Soak Peas overnight, drain and keep it aside. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients given above.

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cinnamon, cloves and cardomom; satute for 1/2 minute.

    Add onion, green chili and ginger garlic paste; satute for 1-2minutes.

    Add peas, marinated chicken, coriander and mint leaves. After a minute add rice, salt and water.

    Pressure cook for 2 whistles and 5 minutes in low flame.
