Zucchini and feta cheese fritters

You'll be suprise`d to know zucchini can taste this good.

  1. 2 Zucchini
  2. 200 Grams feta cheese
  3. 1/4 Cup spring onions , chopped
  4. 3 Cloves garlic , finely chopped
  5. To Taste Oregano
  6. To Taste salt
  7. 1 egg
  8. To Taste paprika
  9. 1/2 Cup flour
  10. Drizzle oil

Method

    Roughly grate the zucchini. squeeze as much water as you can from it. chop the chesse into big cubes.

    In a big bowl, toss in everything (let the flour go in last). make about 10 to 12 disc shaped (or heart shaped if its valentines day) cutlets.

    While getting steps 1 and 2 done, let the oil heat in a pan. Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes each side and bite in right away!
