Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup butter plus , softened  (1 stick) 6 tablespoons
  2. 3/4 packed brown sugar firmly cup
  3. 1/2 cup sugar granulated
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  7. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  10. 3 cups oats Quaker (quick or old fashioned, uncooked )
  11. 1 cup raisin (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat over to 350

    In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medical speed of electric mixer until creamy.

    Add eggs and vanilla extract, beat well.

    Add combined flour and baking soda, cinnamon and salt mix well.

  5. 5

    Add oats and raisins mix well.

  6. 6

    Drop dough by rounded tablespoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheets.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. cool 1 minutes on cookie sheet remove to wire rack cool completely.  Store tightly covered.

Well I started watching my mother in law and sister in law and my lovely husband cooking and baking so I started to do it myself in my home it was hard at frist but I get the hang of it now I can't stop baking different kind of cookie..
