Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 1 Kilogram Ginger , sqeezed
  2. 1/2 Kilogram Sugar
  3. 1/2 Kilogram Jaggery
  4. 1/2 Kilogram Grapes
  5. 2 Orange
  6. 1 Orange peel
  7. 2 Lemon
  8. 1 Lemon peel
  9. 1 Litre water , boiled and cooled
  10. 3 Bottles

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Find a china jar. Clean the ginger and crush it. Put it in the jar.

  2. Add Photo

    Add sugar, jaggery, crushed oranges, crushed grapes. Squeeze the lemon.

  3. Add Photo

    Add orange peel and lemon peel.

  4. Add Photo

    Add water and stir it well.

  5. Add Photo

    Close the jar tightly. Use a piece of cloth to make it tight.

  6. Add Photo

    Stir everyday.

  7. Add Photo

    After 60 days, filter the mixture and keep it idle for 2 days. The residue will settle down at the bottom.

  8. Add Photo

    Pour the wine into the bottles.
