Ingredients

  1. 1 cup moong dal
  2. 1 cup sugar powdered
  3. 3 numbers cardamom / elaichi
  4. 3 tbsps ghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry roast moong dal in low medium flame till it changes into golden colour. You'll get nice aroma of it.

    Cool it down and grind into a fine powder.

  3. 3

    Add the powdered sugar and cardomom.

  4. 4

    Add melted ghee and mix well.

  5. 5

    While it is bit warm take a small portion of it and roll into lemon sized balls.

    Complete with rest of the mixture and store it in a airtight container.
