Koorka(chinese potato) mezhukepuratti

1 kg koorka(chinese potato)

2 nos chilly green
-
to taste salt
-
as required water

5 nos shallots
-
curry leaves few
-
2 nos chilly red

2 tsps coconut oil
Cooking Instructions

Wash and scrape the skin of koorka and cut in to four pieces.

Pressure cook koorka with green chilly, salt, and little water until its done.

Heat oil in a pan saute chopped shallots, red chillies, curry leaves, and add the cooked koorka into it and mix well.

Serve hot with rice.
