Powder sugar and nutmeg.
Mix whole wheat flour, besan and baking soda.
Add the powdered sugar and nutmeg powder mixture and cardamom powder.
Add cold butter and prepare a crumbled mixture.
Add milk and mix with your fingers till everything is in the form of a dough.
Do not knead the dough.
Grease a baking tray with ghee. Prepare small balls out of it by pinching out a little dough and rolling slightly. Press slightly each ball.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes till the bottom part of the biscuits turn brown.
Allow the biscuits to cool. The biscuits become firm on cooling down. Hence do not overbake.
Store in an airtight container and serve with tea.
