The renown olive oil rusks from Kythira, very easy to make!

Ingredients

4 cups flour

1 cup olive oil

1 satchel of yeast

1 cup lukewarm water

1 pinch salt
Cooking Instructions

Put the flour and oil in a large bowl and combine well (so that the oil moists all of the flour).

Add a pinch of salt, a satchel of yeast and a cup of lukewarm water and knead.

Leave the dough to rise for 1-2 hours, covered with plastic wrap.

Shape it like a loaf and score into slices.

Bake at 160-180 for about 20 minutes.

Let it cool and cut into slices.
