Lemon chocolate crunch pudding

Ingredients

  1. 1 packets Chocolate biscuits
  2. 100 g Cream
  3. Half lemon
  4. 2-3 drops Yellow colour
  5. 3 tablespoon Hung curd
  6. 2 tablespoon Sugar powder
  7. 1 chocolate or powder

Cooking Instructions

    Hung curd for half &hour

    Beat cream with sugar,colour &lemon juice &mix with thick curd.

  3. 3

    Break biscuits in small piece with hand.

  4. 4

    Now put a layer of prepared cream in a glass serving,bowl,next layer of biscuits then cream &then peanut s.

    Again cover with cream &garnish with grated chocolate or pad.

    Put in refrigerator for 2-3hrs &served chilled.
