Finger millet the king of all millet having numerous nutritional value and bunch of happiness. It is a good source of vitamins, minerals and essential amino acids which are essential for human body and growth. It has a good amount of calcium which helps to strengthen bones. It helps to maintain mental health and calmness. It has a property to repair body tissue .This can be serve to pregnant women.

Ingredients

  1. 60 gms Finger millet flour
  2. 10 gms Butter
  3. 10 gms Sugar
  4. 15 ml Curd
  5. 50 ml Water
  6. 05 gms Cashew nut
  7. Cherry for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add finger millet flour and saute till completely mixed with butter and colour changed. Avoid burning.

    Now add sugar in it and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Pour water and stir well. Avoid lumps, cook for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Slightly add curd in it and stir well.. Stir continuously.

  6. 6

    Add crushed cashew nut, mix well.

  7. 7

    Arrange in a bowl, garnish with cashew and Cherry. Serve hot or cold.
