Ingredients

250 gms Boneless chicken -

Chopped onion - 1 big

1 Chopped capsicum -

3 tbsp Oil -

1/2 tsp Red chilly powder -

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder -

1/2 tsp Coriander powder -

1 pinch Black pepper -
-
1 Chopped green chilly -

1 tsp Ginger garlic paste -

to taste Salt -

2 tbsp Tomato sauce -

1 cup All purpose flour / maida -

1 pinch Carom seeds -
Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a chicken pieces.

Heat oil in a pan

Add chicken pieces and cook on a high flame.

Add capsicum and saute for one mins

Add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins.

Add tomato ketchup and salt in the end.

Switch off the gas.

Now stuffing is ready.

In a kneading bowl mix maida / all purpose flour,carom seeds and salt.

Make a soft dough with the help of water.

Keep aside for 15 mins.

Divide the dough into round balls.

Roll out dough into thin circle with the help of rolling pin

Heat the pan on a medium heat and make a paratha.

One table spoon chicken mixture and tomato ketchup spread on the paratha and roll the paratha

Serve with sauces.
