Eggless Chocolate cake in kadai
Ingredients

1-1/2 cup maida

1 cup refined sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup oil

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

3 teaspoon choco powder
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/4 cup buttermilk

as needed toffees and chocolate for decoration
Cooking Instructions

Take oil in a bowl. Add milk to it and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix.

Add sugar and mix

In other bowl take maida, baking powder and baking soda after cleaning them with a chalni.

Add cocoa powder.

Add buttermilk and mix them all well.

Add all the ingredients of second bowl to the first bowl.

Beat them all with a beater for 5-10 min.

Take a deep kadai and add two katori of salt in it.

Now take aluminium cake making pan. Fill 1/4 of it with the batter after greasing it with oil properly on all side.Keep the pan in kadai and cover it with lid.

Cook the cake for 30-35 min on low flame.

Put a knife in it and check if its properly cooked from inside. When it is done take a square shaped karchi and gently take the cake out without breaking.

Cool it down to room temperature.

Decorate it with toffees and chocolates of your choice.
