Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl besan
  2. 1 bowl curd
  3. 1 pkt. eno
  4. 1/2 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 pinch turmeric powder
  6. 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  7. 3-4 green chilli
  8. 1 spring curry leaves
  9. To taste salt
  10. as needed Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Besan me curd,salt,turmeric powder,sugar mix karein,water add kar batter ready karein.

    Idli stand ko oil se grease kar batter pour karein.

    10 minutes rest ke baad batter me eno add kar ache se mix karein.

    Or 4-5 minutes ke ly steam karein.

    5minutes ke baad toothpick daal kar check karein.

    Steam ho Jane per stand se nikale.

    Ek pan me oil garam kar mustard seeds,curry leaves and green chilli add karein saute hone per dhokle per spread karein.

    Apni pasand ki chutney me sath serve karein.
