Ingredients

  1. 2 cup maida
  2. 1 tbsp baking powder
  3. to taste Salt
  4. To taste coriander powder
  5. 2 tbsp Butter
  6. 1 cup cheese
  7. 1/2 tsp Garlic optional

Cooking Instructions

    Make soft dough with oil, maida, salt, coriander, baking powder and water. Dough should get streached as much as posible. If it's breaking knead it more.

    Now stuff cheese in small ball of dough and roll it and streach it. Brush water and sprinkle garlic on top. Gebtly pat so garlic will stick to it.

    Now brush tray with butter and place nan on it. And cook it for 20-30 mins on 170. In between brush top with butter and serve it with any indian gravy.
