Palak ka saag
Ingredients

2 cup palak/ boiled and paste

1 cup tomato paste

1/2 cup onion paste

1 tsp ginger and green chilli paste

2 tsp oil

1 tsp ghee
-
1/2 cumin seeds
-
2 pinch asafoetida /hing

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp salt to taste
Cooking Instructions

Ek kadahi me oil garam karein, usme cumin seeds and hing dale or tora fry Karein.

Ab usme ginger and chilli paste add Karein or fry Karein, fir usme onion paste or red chilli powder add karein or 5 minutes tak bhune, ab usme tomato paste and salt add karein or tab tak bhune ki masale me oil uper a jaye.

Add palak paste or mix karein or cover kar cook karein,jarurat ho to 1/2 cup water add kar sakte hai. Jab palak cook ho jaye to uper se ghee dal mix karein and serve hot with roti/paratha.
