Fruity biscuit curd tart

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 12-15 Digestive biscuit
  2. 1 cup Hung curd
  3. 2 tablespoons Honey
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  5. 2 tablespoons Melted butter
  6. 1bowl Mix fruits chopped (Apple, papaya, pomegranate, banana)
  7. 1tablespoons Mix nuts chopped (cashew nut, Almond, pistachios)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixer jaar add biscuits and butter and make a coarse powder. Take out in a tart tray and set the mixture in the tart tray.

    Now keep it in the fridge for one hour.

    Now blend the curd nicely add Honey, venilla essence and mix well.

    Now add chopped nuts and chopped fruits into the curd and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now pour the curd mixture on biscuit tart and set for one hour in fridge.

    Cut into pieces and serve.
