Cooking Instructions

Boil milk properly.

Make it cool for 5mins & then add vinegar to make paneer.

Drain excess water & mash it with semolina & a pinch of food colour.

Make any shape.

Boil it in sugar syrup for 15mins in high flame with lid.

Make rabri from 1/2 ltr milk.

Now assemble the rasgulla with rabri & make rasmalai.
